As a registered Maine Guide everything is up to date and double-checked to provide you with a safe and rewarding experience that the entire family can enjoy. Jon will guide day trips in the Rangeley region (North-west; NH, Quebec corner)) of Maine or in the Down East region (East-South-East, New Brunswick, Atlantic ocean corner)

A Tailored Experience for All
We have several boats that are available or wade fishing on historic Grand Lake Stream or Kennebego River from early May to mid October. All ages and all experience levels are welcome!
We Provide Everything You Need
You won't have to worry about not being prepared. We provide everything you need to get you started on the right foot. We provide, rods, flies, tackle, and all you need to get is a Maine Fishing license. Lunch can be provided if not by the lodge.
The Dogs!
Heather and Jon have two pure bred English Cocker Spaniels, Mother and daughter. Mom Sadie is from the Weatherby's line in Grand Lake Stream, Maine. Ginger was born Feb of 2023 and her dad is an AKC Field Champion from Thornapple Kennels.
We have a new litter! Ginger had (8) pups May of 2026. Their dad is from Ripley, ME and a Canadian Field Champion !
We pride ourselves in breeding Family first dogs with a proven trainability and birding instinct. As you can see in the picture gallery below, the pups are welped and raised in our home. Our son, his wife, and the grand-daughters, along with our daughter and her boyfriend are all involved in handling and raising the pups from day 1!
